I received word that our friend and classmate Terri Dixon passed away on May 10, 2016. Although Terri was not in our graduating class, I know that many of us wanted to reconnect with Terri and invite her to our reunion. I've attached a screenshot photo of her obituary. See www.fresnobee.com

We try to meet once a month to talk about the upcoming class reunion and just to do some catching up on the happens of everyone. This is not just a planning meeting for the committee, It is for anyone who would like to come out and enjoy some time together.

Hope to see many of you there!

Please make plans to come and eat (carry out wil be available) and its a great chance to see folks that maybe you haven't seen in a while.

Tell your friends, neighbors, and everyone that the food is fresh (cooked on site). There will be fried chicken, fish and shrimp. The cost is $11 per plate.

HAVING BEEN INVOLVED IN PLANNING THE 1969 CLASS REUNIONS FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS I WOULD LOOK REAL CLOSE AT QUAIL CREEK. THE OCTOBER DATE WOULD BE GREAT PLUS THE ON SITE ROOMS AVAILABLE.  THEY HAVE A LARGE KITCHEN TO PREPARE ANY TYPE OF MEALS AND SERVE BUFFET STYLE.

I KNOW YOU HAVE CH0SEN BURNTREE AND IT IS A GREAT VENUE AND WE HAD OUT LAST REUNION THERE BUT THE ONLY REASON WE DID NOT USE QUAIL CREEK WAS THE AUGUST DATE AND AT THE TIME THE PAVALION WAS NOT AIR CONDITIONED. I AM MAKING THE ASSUMPTION THAT THE PAVALION IS NOW A/C JUST IN CASE IT IS WARM THE FIRST WEEK IN OCT.

Steve Moore passed away this passed Saturday, June 6,2015.
